JLMA was established in June 1996 by Jan du Rand and Antonio Domingues with nothing more than determination and only the basic machinery. With more than 14 years of engineering and general steelworks experience, JLMA Engineering is indeed committed to the highest standards of customer satisfaction. Their steadfast dedication to quality is reflected in every detail of each project they are involved in irrespective of it's size and complexity and in the relationships they create throughout that process. Jan Du Rand - With a NHD in civil and structural engineering, Jan has over 18 years of practical hands-on experience in the steel industry, including aspects such as structural design, surveying, setting up tender documents, payment certificates, costing and client liaison.
Antonio Domingues - With more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry and playing an integral part in supervision of the construction of Petro Brazil, Antonio is also more than capable and skilled to handle any contingency. He is mainly involved in the construction supervision and workshop management side of the business, often managing more than 30 workers and meeting deadlines.
